Our experiences in NETWORK MARKETING

As of January 09, I am 56 years young and Kathy is 48. We have 8 children ranging from 9 to 34. Kathy and I were married in 1981. We live in Melba, Idaho, a small farm town where we love our neighbors and our community.

In 1971 I was first introduced to Network Marketing or MLM by my aunt and cousin. The company was called Apollo, a clone of Amway. I borrowed $2,500 to buy a garage full of soap.

I was only an 18 year old kid but I achieved the top position and was made a trainer over Idaho. I won some contests -- a trip to San Jose and one to New Orleans. Unfortunately, this company went bankrupt after only a couple of years, but I had created some residual income, experienced tremendous personal growth, and the brief experience created a strong a desire to find a more stable opportunity.

Over the past 30+ years, I enrolled in Amway twice, and Melaluca twice, but was not really serious until 1995 when I was introduced to Nikken. We had some incredible product experiences with the magnetic and far-infrared products and decided to make a serious commitment. We really had phenomenal success in Nikken. In our first month we were Silver, in our second month Gold and few months later we we were Platinum. We built a personal organization of over 4,000 distributors, reached the Platinum level, and were members of the prestigious President’s Club (field advisory board). Only 60 out of 200,000 were inducted. We had a six figure annual income for all of our 5 years in Nikken.

I have always believed in systems, so Kathy and I were personally involved in creating 2 of the 4 most popular training systems in Nikken. Kathy and I also produced the #1 selling prospecting cassette and the #1 prospecting brochure and many other cassettes and videos that were very popular in Nikken. Over an 18 month period over 2 million of our materials were sold at cost.

Kathy and I earned over $625,000 in gross income from our Nikken business in the 5 years we were involved. I have been a real estate broker/agent for over 30 years and I did Nikken part-time with my real estate career.

We were very active in Nikken until 2000. We sold our Nikken distributorships in the spring of 2000 and began working full-time to create Paychecks For Life, an online prospecting system.

Our next venture in network marketing was to create a web based automated prospecting system called Paychecks for Life.com for network marketers. My partner, Gary Walker was also a former Platinum in Nikken. We combined our 5 years of recuiting experience in Nikken together with 30+ years each in sales and marketing.

Paychecks For Life grew beyond our wildest imagination. We all started working from our homes on our personal PC’s in April of 2000. We began creating what we envisioned as the perfect prospecting system. We began to develop lead sources that were reliable. For the first year everything was trial and error, but the beginning of our second year, our business took off.

In four years, we attracted over 18,000 members representing over 500 MLM opportunities. Our database that started with a few thousand grew to almost 20 million. We moved from our homes into a central office facility, started adding customer service and staff, moved to a secondary facility, outsourced our graphic design and programming out to two other facilities and suddenly we were a multi-million dollar company with over 22 people on staff.

This online prospecting system helped thousands of struggling networkers finally achieve financial success in this industry.

Between 2003-2004 ISP’s began making huge changes in the way they blocked and filtered emails due to increasing SPAM. All our leads were opt in leads with valid IP address and time stamp, but try to tell that to a giant like AOL when they arbitrarily block your mail due to volume. We watched as our % of delivered mail slipped from a high of about 80% to a low of about 20% within 8 months.

We officially closed Paychecks For Life in July of 2005. It generated almost 8 million dollars in revenue and had catapulted some of our leading members to stardom within their respective companies.

One of the companies we built a branded PFL system for was called AmeriPlan USA. At one time we had 1,800 AmeriPlan brokers using our system and more importantly, the #1 income earner for two consecutive years achieved that status using our system. His entire team were using the internet and leads to build their AmeriPlan businesses.

When we closed Paychecks, we enrolled as brokers in AmeriPlan.

We began AmeriPlan as basic brokers in mid June of 2004. We became RSD’s on July 14th. Remember we were running PFL full time until the end of July. We became Senior’s on August 17th; we became Executive’s on August 24th and Senior Executives on November 16th. We qualified for the $25K President’s Club on November 30th. In January, two of our leader and I were invited to an all expense paid “Leaders of Tomorrow” conference in Dallas. Only 50 brokers out of 70,000 active are selected. In February of 2005 we were recognized as “Rookies of the Year” at Champion’s Weekend in Houston (our income went up faster than any other organizations for the past 12 months). In July of 2005, just 12 months after we started we were recognized as the top position in AmeriPlan NSD or National Sales Directors. We also were awarded an all expensed paid trip to Hawaii called the Top Producers Trip.  We also qualified for the ACE Broker’s Council (personally recruit over 40 brokers in 12 months) and received a Gold Eagle watch from AmeriPlan.

I don’t believe we broke any records along the way. The fastest NSD in the company reached it in 4 months, but we did build a very strong and stable team AmeriPlan.

We quit building AmeriPlan in 2006 due to some comp plan changes and management decisions and have been searching for our last MLM home since then.

Why have we chosen Oxyfresh? Kathy and I know Richard Brooke personally. In fact he was our keynote speaker at one of our PFL events in Boise. When we closed PFL down in 2004 we took 2 trips to Coeur D'Alene to visit with Richard and meet the Oxyfresh team. I actually went to the Oxyfresh convention in Denver and came very close to doing Oxyfresh instead of AmeriPlan, which I should have done. Hindsight is always incredible.

We have known and met with many of the Presidents, CEO's and owners in the MLM industry because of PFL. We built systems for several of them.

Richard Brook is simply the best of the best. He has the highest integrity and his word is his bond. His skills in Vision coaching are extraordinary, so when he called me in October of 2008 and said, "Hey, I want you to know that Mark Yarnell just joined us and I would like you to reconsider Oxyfresh." I was all ears.

Years ago we read Mark Yarnell's book 'Your First Year in Network Marketing' and it changed so many of my misconceptions about the industry. We also used his videos and tapes. Mark actually called me when I was still in Nikken and interviewed my about the sales tools we had created. He included us in a paragraph in one of his books.

Of all the leaders I have ever personally known or known of, I have the greatest respect for Mark Yarnell and his skills, experience and integrity. The chance to work with Mark on his first level and to be mentored by him is just an incredible opportunity.

We are not going to sponsor very wide in Oxyfresh. We are going to find 6 serious, ambitious leaders who are coachable and with Mark's help we are going to train and mentor them to go 6 levels wide and 6 levels deep or more.

Here is what you get if you choose to join our Team. You get almost unlimited access to Kathy and me. We reserve our prime time for our front level leaders that need us for 3 way calls and business planning, but everyone on the team has access to us.

You also get access to Mark Yarnell for 3 ways and support and training, as well as access to Richard.

Kathy and I have been blessed to earn over $1.6 million dollars in the network marketing industry and I say that not to brag, but to tell you that if you join us you will be part of a high performance team.

We are focused on building a high performance team, not an average or ordinary team. To build a high performance team you have to find a few extraordinary leaders or work with a huge number of average leaders. We are looking for people that want to excel.

We look forward to an incredible business partnership with you. I sincerely hope that Oxyfresh and our team appeal to you.

Yours to count on,
